Our second year graduate students from the Class of 2024 participated in the white coat ceremony organized by the Graduate Student Association (GSA) of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine on November 1, 2023.  All seven students successfully completed their first year coursework and have begun their thesis projects.

Students were presented with lab coats embroidered with their name and the School of Medicine logo, and coated by graduate program Director, David Rini.  Each student was invited to create one slide to represent their work and interests (see additional images); these were projected as each received their coat.  All students recited the Scientist’s Oath together during the Coating Ceremony.  The event took in Turner Auditorium, followed by a wonderful reception.

Congratulations Class of 2024!
