The Surgical Illustration Presentation for the MBI Class of 2023 was held Friday, November 18, 2022, from 3:30 to 5:00 pm with a limited in-person audience and broadcast Live – on the Department YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/JohnsHopkinsArtasAppliedtoMedicine. This event was an opportunity for our faculty and guests to review the Medical and Biological Illustration Class of 2023 student’s surgical illustrations. Sixteen illustrations were formally critiqued.
The educational and teaching value of the images were of highest concern, and we valued input from all perspectives. It was a stimulating presentation and an opportunity to preview some outstanding work.
