Class of 2018 with their white coats
Our second year graduate students from the Class of 2018 participated in the white coat ceremony organized by the Graduate Student Association (GSA) of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. All six students successfully completed their first year coursework and have begun their surgical illustration and thesis work. They were presented with lab coats embroidered with their name and Hopkins SOM logo, and coated by graduate program Director, Cory Sandone. The event took place on September 1, 2017 in Sommer Hall, followed by a reception. L to R: Hillary Wilson, Lauren Rakes, Amanda Slade, Tziporah Thompson, Tianxing Mary Shi, and Shawna Snyder wearing their white coats.
Congratulations Class of 2018!
