Our second year graduate students from the Class of 2019 participated in the white coat ceremony organized by the Graduate Student Association (GSA) of the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine on August 30, 2018.  All six students successfully completed their first year coursework and have begun their thesis projects.

Students were presented with lab coats embroidered with their name and the School of Medicine logo, and coated by graduate program Director, Cory Sandone.  Each student was invited to create one slide to represent their work and interests (see additional images); these were projected as each received their coat.  All students recited the Graduate Student Oath together.  The event took place on September 4, 2018 in Turner Auditorium, followed by a wonderful reception.

Congratulations Class of 2019!
